"A GARDINEX STORY" with Wilma Holmqvist

Wilma Holmqvist

Wilma is both a successful entrepreneur who founded the make-up company Hickap and a well-known influencer with over 400,000 followers on Instagram. Her dedicated followers get to share both her career journey and her exciting everyday life, which includes adventures such as snowboarding.

In 2023 Wilma moved into her new apartment and we were commissioned to supply curtains for the living room, kitchen and bedroom

Living room

In the living room, our thin linen curtain "LA MER" in ivory creates a soothing atmosphere through its gentle fluttering. Wilma chose an ivory color that blends in perfectly with the other details in the room. Here you will find an elegant beige sofa, a glass table with beautiful marble accents and a GUBI armchair in front.

Kitchen

The uniform style continues in the kitchen, which is equipped with a beautiful marble kitchen island and shades of beige. To create contrast, there is a white table surrounded by elegant wooden chairs. Every detail in this space is clearly chosen with care to create a coherent whole. Here too you will find our thin linen curtain "LA MER" in the color ivory.

Bedroom

Wilma's bedroom is decorated in a vintage style with a greige wallpaper, headboard and carpet in cool brown tones. Above the bed hang iconic black and white photographs of the ABBA members at Waterloo train station.

To complete the decor, she chose a blackout curtain "CHALEUR" in the color ivory in combination with our hotel curtain "BISOU" in white. A special detail is that wave curtains were chosen here, which is not common for blackout curtains, but it gives a unique touch to the whole.
