We offer curtains for public environments, offices, restaurants and hotels. Here we have collected some of our many projects so that you can be inspired by different curtain solutions.
Peab
For sixty years, Peab has contributed to the construction of society. What started in 1950 with two very young brothers, Mats and Erik Paulsson, and a tractor is today Sweden's largest, and one of the Nordic region's leading, construction and civil engineering companies. In 2020, Peab gathered its offices in the Öresund region and is building a new Peab center in southern Hyllie in Malmö. The offices are placed in the first stage of a total of five buildings planned in The Gate project. It is Peab Fastighetsutveckling that develops the project via the subsidiary Annehem. The first building comprises approximately 6,600 square meters of office space. These office premises naturally needed to be furnished with curtains.
Gardinex's role in the project has been to produce textiles for transparent curtains together with interior designers and the architect. Gardinex has supplied curtains to all meeting rooms, office premises, reception and lobby in the Peab centre. Moved in took place during the first quarter of 2020.
Hotel Duxiana
Hotel Duxiana is located in the heart of Malmö, and with its luxurious rooms and suites can offer its guests undisturbed relaxation as well as an abundance of luxury and amenities. In August 2020, we were hired to find a curtain solution for their lobby and lounge area, which in addition to its beautiful and bright rooms also offers a fanatical food and drink experience.
Gardinex's role in the project has been to produce textiles for thin curtains together with interior designers and the architect. Gardinex has delivered products to both the hotel's bars, lounge and lobby.
Setterwalls Law Firm
Setterwalls is Sweden's oldest law firm. Their history goes back to 1878. Setterwalls today has a very good reputation in the industry. They are top rated by institutes such as Chambers and Partners and Legal500. Today, Setterwalls is located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
Gardinex's role in the project has been to produce textiles for blackout curtains together with interior designers and the architect. Gardinex has delivered curtains to all of Setterwall's meeting rooms in the Malmö office.
Inspect
Enspecta is an inspection company that works with energy, moisture and building technology issues. The company was founded in 2009 and their clients are both private and commercial. Enspecta places high demands on quality, availability and personal commitment and is characterized by having the most well-educated and educational staff in the industry.
Gardinex has delivered wave curtains and installed curtain rails to Enspecta's lobby and all meeting rooms in Malmö.
Malmö Live
Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live is located wall-to-wall with Malmö Live Concert Hall and offers 444 stylish hotel rooms with Scandinavian design and large windows. With its perfect location next to Malmö Central and a stone's throw from the pulse around Lilla torg, you live next door to culture, entertainment, shopping, nightlife and parks.
In addition to luxurious hotel rooms, pleasant days and evenings are also offered with music, art and design in focus. A simpler lunch or coffee during the day and a botanical world with world-class Gin & Tonics in the evenings!

Advise

During 2020, Advisera expanded and moved into its new headquarters in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.

Quan
Quan, which is located next to Malmö's best nightlife, Lilla torg, is today seen as one of the city's best restaurants. Quan offers a sophisticated twist on traditional Asian cuisine with casual dining. Here, an authentic taste of the East is delivered with respect for the traditions of the past.
Gardinex's role in the project has been to, together with decorators and the architect, produce textiles for blackout curtains, to create a cozy and luxurious experience throughout the environment.
Gardinex has supplied curtains for both the restaurant's bar and lounge.
The floor & the villa
Våningen & Villan was founded in 1998 and today has offices spread over large parts of the country. An incredibly important foundation stone for the company is a strong brand where they want to ensure that employees have a stimulating workplace. As well as offices where customers must of course also feel comfortable. Therefore, it felt particularly important to hire Gardinex to create luxurious and cozy environments with curtains.
