Gardinex reserves itself for price changes, final sales and any factual errors that may be found on our site or in our advertisements. Factual errors mean, for example, but not exclusively, possible price errors, product descriptions and incorrect stock balances.

Gardinex reserves the right to change the General Terms, prices, range, descriptions or images on the website at any time.

Buying products from Gardinex also means acceptance of our general terms and conditions. When ordering over the internet, there is a binding purchase agreement. A purchase agreement is concluded when Gardinex has confirmed the customer's order and the customer has received an order confirmation from Gardinex via e-mail. We recommend that you save the order confirmation before any contact with Gardinex customer service regarding the order. Gardinex only enters into agreements with adults over 18 years of age. We strive to always publish the latest and most reliable information on the Gardinex webshop. In the event of obvious inaccuracies in our online information, e.g. regarding prices or quantities, we reserve the right to correct these afterwards. If you do not accept the correction, you always have the right to cancel your order.

No return or cancellation rights apply to custom-made curtains or other custom-made products. A 10-day return policy applies to all accessories and other non custom-made products.

The packaging must be unopened. To obtain a return label, please email purchase@gardinex.com. The refund will be credited to the same account used for payment, excluding the cost of the booked return shipping.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms and conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.

The entirety of the material displayed on the Website, including designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials, alongside the compilation of the Website, products, and additional materials, are exclusively owned by Gardinex and are safeguarded under Swedish laws.
